"Can Cry" – Fixed Term Mystery/Action Game Interest Check

Can Cry a fixed-term, semi-private panfandom game based on the PS4 RPG Crystar, though no pre-existing knowledge of the game is needed to play. Characters awaken suddenly to find themselves as residents of Purgatory, the limbo of the afterlife that souls occupy before moving onto their next lives. As they investigate their circumstances, it emerges that something has sabotaged the Cogs of Renewal at the bottom of Purgatory and no souls are able to pass through. Missing the memories of their own lives, characters become Executors to gain the power needed to descend the seven floors of Purgatory and uncover the secrets lingering in its depths.

Can Cry takes elements from teamnesia games, murdergames and other types of jamjars while mixing in lots of unique mechanics of its own. Characters have their canonical powers replaced with setting appropriate ones and will have to use them to dive deep into the game's setting, battling lost souls, bosses and their inner demons along the way.

Please note that as this is a semi-private game, you will need to be on the main mod's (superorbital) plurklist, or you will need a referral from someone who is.

This is not an official signup post! As of now, it's just an interest check to see what sorts of characters people are considering and what they'd like to do in the game to give me an idea of what to set up.

Have you played in any of my previous games?: I don't think I have? I have a bad memory lol
Character: Nana Daiba (Revue Starlight), Mami Tomoe, Rouka Numachi (Monogatari), Eruna Ichinomiya (Mikagura), or maybe an older character like Katherine (... Catherine) or Megu-nee?? Who knows.
YOUR HOPES AND DREAMS: I'm leaning towards Nana or Eruna the most because that means having them cook or even hold singing/dueling competitions that other characters can join in and bond over maybe? Also I have no major hopes or dreams other than getting ready to potentially suffer and cry a lot
