The "Mostly M/F" is just based on some in-game stuff that shows her mostly preferring men but also being attracted to knightly/heroic women and enbies too (the actual criteria seems to be "Valhalla candidate" SO DO WITH THAT AS YOU WILL).
  
• Yuri is ALSO A MESS but more of the "please help i am dying of anxiety at every waking moment" variety. Super socially anxious but kind of overwhelmingly explodes w/affection and love when she gets the apparent okay for it from the person she likes. Is probably the type to steamroll her partner a bit with attention because she's jUST THAT INTO IT.
